Jennifer Bell was born and raised in Brentwood, TN and knows these streets like the back of her hand. In fact, she remembers when many of the streets we travel were dirt roads. A former public school teacher turned real estate guide, she brings patience, heart, and clear communication to every interaction. Her passion? Helping families and individuals build wealth, stability, and joy through real estate.
Derek Bell’s background in business strategy, nonprofit leadership, and marketing means he brings a rare level of insight to the real estate world. He’s worked with global nonprofits and bestselling authors, but at the heart of his work is one goal—helping people move forward with purpose.
Together, Jennifer and Derek have navigated over $2 million in personal real estate investments, and they’re passionate about helping others do the same—with confidence, care, and a little fun along the way.
Jennifer and Derek have three children on the brink of adulthood who have grown up attending Fellowship Bible Church.
