Meet Derek…REALTOR ®, Strategics and Trusted Advisor
Derek Bell brings a unique blend of business strategy, nonprofit leadership, and relational insight to the world of real estate. Before founding The Bell Real Estate Group, Derek served as Vice President of Development for Partners International—an 80-year-old organization focused on advancing the Gospel among unreached people groups. His leadership helped mobilize resources and relationships across the globe, a skillset he now uses to guide clients through one of life’s most meaningful decisions: buying or selling a home.
He is also the President and Founder of Mosaic Strategy Group, a boutique consulting firm that has advised nonprofits, thought leaders, and publishers, including Bob Buford, Leadership Network, The Drucker Institute, Amazima Ministries, and Dallas Willard Ministries. His strategic mindset and marketing background—shaped by years in the publishing industry with New York Times bestselling authors and top brands—give him an edge in helping clients position their homes for success and navigate complex real estate transactions with confidence.
Derek holds an MBA from Belmont University, where he later served as an adjunct professor in marketing and management. He’s also served on staff as a local pastor at Fellowship Bible Church in Brentwood, where he and his family remain actively involved.
Derek and his wife Jennifer live in Brentwood with their three children. Together, they are passionate about serving orphans and widows through the nonprofit Both Hands and are committed to living out their faith in every area of life—including real estate.
